When will my order be sent to me?
We will send out your order as soon as possible, it may not always be possible at Weekends. We offer different options for sending - including Evri and Royal Mail.
How are pre-loved items graded?
All items will be reviewed and graded as follows:
- Excellent - New with tags
- Like New
- Very Good
- Good
- Satisfactory
Can I collect my item directly?
Sorry - at the moment we are based online only.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently we are only sending items to addresses within the UK.
What if I need a return?
We really hope that you are happy with your items. If you need to return an item, you will have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us at Rosepipresale@gmail.com, to discuss a return.
